Shipping Policy For Physical Products
We are a print-on-demand provider. Orders are produced after payment is confirmed and shipped from our partner production facilities. Production begins once order details are confirmed.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your product to be produced and shipped.
The shipping address must only contain Latin characters. For customers outside the USA please include a phone number to ensure a smooth delivery. We do not use an address validation service, please confirm that you give us the correct address.
Refund Policy For Physical Products
Refunds are only accepted if you receive the product in a damaged state. If you receive a damaged product please contact us at michelle@innovativeprintables.com within fifteen days of purchase. Include a photo of the damaged product.
Shipping Policy For Digital Products
Digital products are available immediately after purchase. You will receive a link to download the product. An email will also be sent with a link to the downloadable file.
If you do not receive the link within 15 minutes please reach out to michelle@innovativeprintables.com for assistance.

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateway Stripe that uses SSL encryption. This payment gateway is safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on https://innovativeprintables.com/ are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
Innovative Printables reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact michelle@innovativeprintables.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
